Friday – February 26, 2021

VIP Dinner with Special Guests and all attending Veterans. All sponsors at $10K and above levels are invited.

Attire:  Texas casual – jeans/boots

 

5:00 PM – Registration begins.  Please note that registration will be at the La Quinta Hotel located at 110 N Sonoma Trail, Ennis, TX 75119.  All attendees must register in the La Quinta lobby prior to taking the shuttle to the event site (Staubach Ranch).  There is no parking at the event site, all attendees must park at their respective hotel and take a shuttle to the event site.

5:30 PM – Shuttles will pick up the Veterans and special guests from La Quinta and the Quality Inn.  Shuttles to remain running throughout the event.

7:00 PM – Welcome Dinner begins.  Dinner provided by Traeger Grills.

7:00 PM – Acoustic Band, “One Degree from Mande” to play throughout the evening.

7:45 PM – Welcome Note from H4H, Speakers to include: David Kim (Children of Fallen Patriots), Scholarship Recipient (Children of Fallen Patriots) Jen and Tom Satterly (All Secure Foundation) and Keynote Speaker – Rob O’Neill.

10:00 PM – Bars Close.  Shuttles to bring attendees back to hotels.

 

Saturday – February 27, 2021

Helicopter Hog Hunting, Range Shooting and Game Area.    All activities will occur at the event site (Staubach Ranch).

 

Registration 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Please note that registration will be at the La Quinta Hotel located at 110 N Sonoma Trail, Ennis, TX 75119.  All attendees must register in the La Quinta lobby prior to taking the shuttle to the event.  There is no parking at the event site, all attendees must park at their respective hotel and take a shuttle to the event site.

8:00 AM – Shuttle buses will depart from La Quinta.  The first shuttle at 8:00 AM will be for Veterans ONLY.

8:45 AM – Safety Instruction for Veterans at the event site.

9:00 AM – Helicopter Hunt Schedule Begins | Veterans will be priority and will fly first.

9:30 AM – Buses will start departing for all attendees to the event site.  Shuttles to run throughout the day.

10:30 AM – 11:00AM – Sponsors arrive for the Helicopter Hunt.

11:00 AM – Shooting Range and Gaming Area Open.

12:00 – 1:00 PM Lunch | Hunting and Range close (hard stop).  Lunch provided by Rudy’s Country Store and BBQ.

1:00 PM – Helicopter Hunts  resume.

5:30 PM – Helicopter Hunting Ends.  This time is variable due to the nature of the event.

6:30 PM – Bar opens at event site.

 

Saturday – February 27, 2021

7:30 PM – Dinner (casual) provided by Texas De Brazil.

7:30 PM – Auction, Raffle Drawings and Musical Guests.

11:00pm – Bars Close

 

Sunday February 28, 2021

Helicopter Hog Hunting and Range Shooting.

All activities will occur at the event site (Staubach Ranch).

 

8:30 AM Buses leave the hotels for the Ranch (veterans must load luggage onto the buses)

8:45 AM Breakfast at Event Site

9:00 AM Helicopter Hunt Begins

10:30 AM Shooting Range Opens Skeet Shooting Station Opens

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch

3:00 PM Event Closes.
