Welcome to Helicopters for Heroes, founded in 2014 by Phillip Brooks with the aim of raising funds to support other charities dedicated to serving our nation's veterans and educating our nation’s youth about the importance of the sacrifice given to this country by our veterans and first responders. Our organization is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our veterans, and we work tirelessly to achieve our goals. We are proud to host a range of events throughout the year, including our unique helicopter hog hunt, which takes place in the heart of Texas. This unforgettable experience provides participants with the opportunity to support our mission while enjoying a thrilling hunting adventure.

We also host an annual golf tournament at the prestigious Dallas Cowboys Country Club, where golfers can test their skills on a world-class course and compete for prizes. Additionally, we hold a BBQ cook-off at the San Antonio Live Stock Show and Rodeo, where pitmasters from around the country come together to showcase their skills and compete for the title of best BBQ in Texas. All funds raised through our events go directly towards supporting other veteran-focused charities, providing critical resources and services to those who have served our country.
