Every year, the Helicopters for Heroes BBQ Team participates in the San Antonio Live Stock Show and Rodeo BBQ Cook off. The team consists of passionate volunteers who come together to showcase their grilling skills and raise funds for a good cause. The event features a wide range of mouth-watering BBQ dishes as well as live music, entertainment, and family-friendly activities. By participating in the cook off, the Helicopters for Heroes BBQ Team is able to support veterans in need while also sharing their love of delicious BBQ with the community.
The 2024 San Antonio Rodeo BBQ cook-off will be hosted in the SALSAR fair grounds.
Kicking off Friday evening and wrapping up mid day Sunday the weekend event is two nights and three days of non stop action.
Accessibility and inclusion are paramount to the operation of H4H meaning not only do we have accessibility, we also provide all terrain track chairs.
Gate tickets will be available on the day of the event.
