Honoring Our Veterans’ Sacrifices
When our founder, Phillip Brooks, realized that there was a disconnect between the youth in the Dallas, TX community and military veterans, he sought to fix it. In 2014, he held the first annual helicopter hunt in the town of Ennis, TX, where veterans came to be honored by the community and to speak to kids and teens about their service.
Today, that event has grown into a city-wide festival with live music and lots of fun. Through our organization, we’re committed to honoring the men and women who have sacrificed and dedicated their lives to protect our freedom. We hope to see you at our next event.
Helicopters for Heroes would not be possible without the generous donations and hard working people like you. 100% of your donation goes to helping our nation’s veterans. Our event creates a dynamic avenue for the Dallas-Ft. Worth community to come together and support our nation’s veterans and first responders. This event is a once in a lifetime experience where you can honor our heroes in a unique way.
